My friend, Cheeky Yoka, Mystery skinned me Molted Rammus, but it is not under my skins... Is there any way I can get it?

You received the "Mystery Gift" pop up and it showed Molted Rammus, but you can't see it? Or Cheeky Yoka said "Hey brah, I gifted you Molted Rammus" and it's not showing up?

The same thing happened to me. My friend mystery skinned me Gragas, Esq. but i can't select it or do anything. Riot help!
