[Gameplay] The magic behind levitating Kalista
I don't know if it is intentionally but her Lunge, as it states: "scales with boot tier". That means that no matter what movement speed she is, she will still jump the same distance. But that doesn't mean that she will jump it in the same amount of time.
So for example: if i have 2.0 attack speed and i get slowed by , i don't know, 50% , that means that she will do her jump 2 times slower than she should. And in 5 s you launched 2 spears with 2.0 attack speed cause you can't throw additional spears while you are flying in slow motion. That limits her survivability EVEN MORE since you can't even get HIT by a guy with red buff or you'll end up dead from no mobility. Or, if you survive, you wouldn't be able dish out enough damage to help your team, cause, you know, you are slowed. A.K.A you need to play every fight and team fight perfectly not to end up getting flamed. For a champ with many holes, this is probably the biggest one.
Also i have noticed that even if she gets affected by major slows the maximum amount of time she can be in a lung is capped
I Suggest to make her lunge distance decrease with the slow amount, so she could properly use her passive and attacks (and not float for 2 seconds at a speed of 0,05 m/s) but still have the boot tier system that caps her max lunge length. So my question is - can you PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, fix this "feature" or are you gonna say that it IS a feature (that would amaze me but hey! miracles can happen) and sweep it all under the rug?
