Disconnecting Issue

So I've been having this problem for about 2-3 months now, I've tried everything I can from uninstalling and reinstalling league and running the hextech repair tool, and it has not been resolved. At least once per game, if not more than once, my game randomly freezes up and comes up with the "attempting to reconnect" message and the blue bar. I check my internet connection, and it is completely fine. I can still navigate thru websites and watch youtube and whatnot, but my game keeps trying to "reconnect". The solution I've found so far is to disconnect from my internet, then reconnect to it. This resolves the issue for then, but it is super annoying to have to do that every single time this issue pops up, and it has cost me many a teamfight or 1v1. I will also point out that I play with my friends a lot over league voice, and when the attempting to reconnect message comes thru my league voice stops as well. When I disconnect and reconnect, then league voice starts working again normally. Has anybody else had this issue? Is there a fix? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
