[CLIENT] Attempting to Reconnect - SIgn comes up in game, never reconnects

Has been occurring in about half my games over the past five days (at least that I can recall, may have been happening less frequently in the past). Anyway, will go through queue, champ select, load in and start the game, all is well and then the "Attempting to Reconnect" sign will come up in my game.

I will notice a sudden lack of receptiveness in my champion, then the sign will come up briefly and disappear. Then my champ will fully freeze and the sign will stay up but I will never regain control of my character in game. For a period after these symptoms start to show, the other champions will continue moving about the map.

I can exit the game and reconnect from the client and, once I've loaded in again, I can play the game, although the "Attempting to Reconnect" may occur again in that game.

I do not have any specifics for reproducing the issue, it seems that it will occur randomly. I do not believe it is my internet as I will be in skype and maintain connection or I will be streaming something and it will not skip a beat. Last night I told my friend that if he queued the match up for us maybe that would produce different results, and in the 2 or 3 games that he invited me to I had no "Attempting to Reconnect" issues. Not sure if that scenario was just random chance or an integral piece of this bug. Again, the issue had been in only every other game or so (half my games) that I noticed. Today while queuing up alone it has happened to me in every game.
