Aatrox W no longer proccing on inhibitors

Some patches ago I used aatrox to split push constantly and once i got to inhibs I would destroy them in seconds, but I stopped when a patch made it no longer worked. It was a core reason why i chose aatrox for split pushing, backdooring nexus and inhib was all about avoiding the enemies on you with Q-E and trying to get those procs to quickly finish an objective... Now that i'm thinking about it I hope it wasn't a glitch i was abusing.

It was never supposed to work on them in the first place, it is not a bug that it has stopped, but rather a bug-fix.

I remember playing Aa quite a bit pre-nerf (You know, when he was way more fun and viable... and good. Yes I'm still salty he got nerfed) and I never remember his W working on Inhibs. Then again, I might of just forgot about it, who knows.

I do remember having either W proc'd and attacking a tower or inhib with the exact same attack animation, with either a whooshing noise or booshing noise.
