ARAM bug

I only ARAM to avoid the toxicity of Ranked. I've started to surprisingly gain honor again which made me happy but when game crashing bugs happen 2 days in a row in matches that are down to the wire preventing me from getting back to that honor and possibly getting me reported for leaving games it kinda pisses me off and makes me not want to play this game anymore. I got hit by a snowball (the summoner spell) and all of a sudden I can't even alt tab or exit the client to try and hurry and get back into game leaving me the only choice to restart my computer and by the time I boot the game back up the match is over. This is the first time this bug has ever happened is my long years of playing this game so any feedback would be nice.

Update: Literally just happened again and lost AGAIN because of it. Thank you so much Riot. Apparently it's a critical error and I can't even click Ok on it so I have to keep force shutting down my computer. Can you guys please fix this because it's really starting to piss me off.
