[GAMEPLAY] Character will move straight down mid lane towards enemy Nexus

After being loaded into the game, my champion (Azir at the time) would move straight down the mid lane towards the enemy base after trying to move somewhere else. It kept doing that with every attempt of me trying to move, sending my character to the enemy nexus time after time.

This was the first game after the latest patch that I played and the only thing I had done prior to this incident, was accepting a friend request of a level 1 summoner. I certainly don't hope that is related :P Other than that, I wouldn't know what causes this.

I fixed this by quitting and rejoining the match. Which is stupid cause now leaverbuster thinks i'm an asshole. It didn't occur anymore after that one match.

This just happened to me too! My team is cursing me and I accidently feed 2 kills because I didn't know what was going on... Please fix this issue!

I literally had the exact same problem in my last game with Corki. I had issues loading, and force quit the client and restarted. I kept getting a popup that said I "disconnected" but eventually got through and loaded. I was in a normal (not centered) position in the fountain, and everything seemed fine. I bought items and as soon as I clicked to go bot lane Riot thought I meant "Beeline for the enemy nexus" and I walked up mid. This made for ten confused summoners.

I died to the enemy mid laner. I then force quit the client again -- and tried reconnecting. This second time I clicked to go bot lane again and started walking up mid, again. I frantically typed and pinged until one of my teammates told me to force quit before I reached the turret. This time I ended every process in my Task Manager starting with L. After that I reloaded and was able to play the game properly.

If i wasn't playing with friends, I likely would have tilted my team or been reported. I hope this helps solve the problem.

This just happened for me when I was playing Cho Gath and I had to restart client to fix the problem but I fed two kills to mid lane and cause my team to be angry.

Im literally playing beginner bots right now because my game crashes sometimes and now I have that bullshit 20 min wait time and it happened to me so I better not get another 20 min for 5 games

its happened to players in the last 3 games I played and it feels like a torture... I can't quit cause riot will ban me,can't surrender cause they won't vote and the voting becomes nullified.

Just happened to me as well. Doesn't matter where I clicked the target was always the enemy nexus. Using Flash did cancel the movement but it went straight for the base when I tried to move elsewhere.

Happened to me once a long time ago, and then to me just now in ranked as ahri. Had to restart, now I have queue yay.

This just happened to me too, it failed to load, so I closed the whole client down, re-logged in and game loaded. I was playing as Anivia on co-op vs AI, dominion and she only moved into enemy base, no matter where I clicked or even when I walled myself off :/ I also got a leaver buster pop up too afterwards.

I had this recently as well, i connected to the game and as soon as the base opened my champion uncontrolably started down mid lane towards the enemy nexus. I couldn't stop it and wound up giving up two kills, one while i was trying to figure out what was happening and one while i was dc trying to reconnect. Very frustrating.
