Viktor bug

So when you buy the enchantment, you get 2 upgrades to your spells. I was in game one time and I pressed "ctrl-E" twice in a row on my death ray ability by accident and in the end, I only upgraded that one spell. When I bought the final upgrade, I could only upgrade 1 spell and in the end, I only had Q and E upgraded and W and R were normal. Riot plz fix
