Anivia Q
Anivia's Q sill often not cast, but go on cooldown. The Q is not invisible, it just is not being cast. The bug is present mostly when using Anivia's ult, though at times the bug is present at times without the ult being used.

Can confirm this happened to me a few times in ranked against Katarina ult -___-
The casting indicator on her Q is also funky and inaccurate most of the time.
Confirmed. Happened to me in a game against kassadin. Can possibly reproduce because it occurred only when the q was already fired off, and a kassadin q was on its way to hit me. (we traded like that in lane, happened every time, with blackfrost anivia)
The q is visible until the kassadin q was fired. it then dissapeared, still slowed, but could not stun.
