Problem with Viktor's augment

There was an issue where i bought Viktor's perfect hex core and while I was augmenting my skills i somehow managed to augment my W twice and couldnt augment my Q. I would really like it if that didnt happen again during a pvp match or something when it would be less of a big deal.
