Unable to Select Ward Skin in Champ Select?

Anyway to work around this? In ranked champ select, the area to select a ward skin is just completely empty and I read on an older post to work around by picking my ward skin in the old champ select via custom game and it is an empty area as well. Is there any way to fix this or to equip a ward skin prior to champ select? http://imgur.com/gallery/Go0Hm
