Animated Ultimate Skin Profile Backgrounds

Hello, recently i just got another ultimate skin and went to change it to the background of my profile, but when I did the usuall animation that comes with the ultimate skins wasnt there; I dont know if its a bug or if there is a setting that I may have accidentally clicked off, but I could really use some help or an answer to my problem. c: THANK YOUU [cass-cry]
