I did buy the snowdown Pass but i did not get it and lost my RP in my purchase history its not there but in my Rp purchase history i see the 10 euro i payed for the rp that i lost. Am i the only one having this issue?

Many have the same problem, bought it two times though. Took all the RP but i got no pass. It was my bad for buying it two times tho, but didn't see the error page after i bought it.

Yeah, I got the problem too. And I am so frustrated, cause I want that Prestige Akali Skin and I could have had this whole friday to play and earn tokens, but now I can't. It`s not that often that I have free time to spam playing LoL... I loose so many time to earn those important tokens rn. :c

Must be bugged. Literally a few minutes ago it was still in the shop, but when I went to buy some RP and came back it just vanished. It'll probably be back soon, Riot won't sneeze at all the money they're about to grab.

i bought about 10k rp and i bought the loot crates for 4k rp and the pass but i dont have anythingg :))))) i wrote to riot at twitter support and to the official support
