Can't open mecha kingdoms orbs or token shop
I can't open any mecha kingdom orbs and I can't open the token shop at all. I've tried restarting client etc. but nothing is working.

Same here, spent an hour restarting the game 5 times, restarting computer lots, shut down and start up lots, full repaired 4 times and then deleted files in the league of legends files to revive the mecha graphics new anencephaly functional and nothing is working. Hope this is sorted as it is also not giving gem stones also. 
I sent a bug report last night cos im having the same issue. I have like 3 orbs to open too -_-

Seems like an oce glitch which is super odd
same problem looks like riot doesn't even care*[sg-soraka]*
happening to me as well, seems like a client glitch
