Why do I have negative IP? it fixed after I relogged in but I think this is definitly a bug I got negative IP after I bought olaf Rito....

And also how to I upload a picture

You can upload a picture in various ways. For example you could use any image service to capture one. (ex. Gyazo, Imgur, Tinypic... etc)

Then you just link it ^^
