Champ Select Bug Report

Was in solo draft champ select when help tip started following my mouse around. As a result I could not click on anything so I couldn't

A) pick a champ B) set up runes/masteries C) type in chat to let my team mates know what was happening.

I was booted from queue for not selecting a champ and then had to wait five minutes for leaving. It was not a super long time but still kind of annoying.

Any one else had this issue?
