[CLIENT] Download and Patching Speed is very slow

I had problems with the launcher being stuck at 33% and scanning files. After searching for a solution most said I had to uninstall/re-install which I am currently doing.

My problem is now however, I am downloading patches at about 200-500 kbps causing the download/patching process to be very long. My internet is not having any issues and is supposed to be 10 Mbps+ so I am annoyed League is not "taking advantage of that."

I do not have any steps to re-create this because all I have done is opened the launcher.
