4.20 Patch Client Resolution

I'm sure this isn't the only discussion of this kind, but I'm starting one here anyways for my own sanity:

Since the new SR update, my Client's resolution has become skewed, and kinda magnified. It still lets me view things from the left top area of the screen, and whatnot, but everything is much larger - and as a result it cuts off the right and bottom areas of the screen (including the Repair button, ironically? ). Without being able to repair, I uninstalled and have re-installed to discover that it fixed...nothing.

Patching for now, to play, but does anyone have a workaround for this, or is anyone aware of an incoming fix?

I am having the same issue at the moment, I cant install the game.

I can install the game, but I can't repair it. Also, re-installation does not fix the issue, and I'm not aware of how else I would go about it.

Riot pls?

I had the same issue. When 4.20 came out, I was able to hit play and could log in and all of that. But tonight, I went through champ select, and boom. Game wouldn't load. Every time I hit reconnect, it would go to the tool bar on the bottom right, and then loading screen wouldn't pop up. So I kept retrying and retrying. Nothing. So I had to uninstall just like you and it still didn't fix anything. This is pretty stupid. As this is happening on my laptop, and my desktop is just fine. Trying to find a solution to it but I seem not to be able to.

Hi,

There is currently a workaround for this known issue posted here: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/LpIqNmo4-after-downtime-and-patch-patcher-window-is-wrong-size

There will be a patch in the future to fix this, but for now if you follow those steps, that should fix your patcher size for now :-)
