[GAMEPLAY] 6.14 Lee Sin Q-W-Q No Longer Does Damage.

  1. Press Q onto an enemy champion
  2. Safeguard to a ward
  3. Press Q before you reach the ward.
  4. No damage will be done with your second Q

I've tried it 16 times. 4 times while the enemy is backing, 4 times while the enemy is moving and 8 times while the enemy is standing. The bug occurred all 16 times.
