Fix movement speed bugs PLEASE for the Love of all that is holy

This game is so broken. I just played another game, and I had 300 More movement speed than the enemy and I STILL couldn't catch them. Fix this crap asap. It's embarrassing for a company this big to have a screw up THIS big. Fix it please for the love of all that is holy. I'm really trying hard not to blow my crap here and cuss up a storm. but seriously, fix this. If someone has more movement speed, they should run faster. If not, explain why.
