Champion select bug

I tried to ban Fizz and suddenly lost my ability to lock my choice in, the button simply didn't work so i panicked and tried other champions till it worked just as the timer hit 0 Then as i tried to lock in my champion Karthus the button once again stopped working but this time it didn't fix at all so i was kicked out and the game said i didn't lock in my choice I restarted the game to try and fix the issue only to come back to a timed ban
