Custom game bug

I noticed this right after last patch when Jhin was released. I bought Jhin as soon as available and went to custom game to try him out.

So here is my order of operations and what happens

1. Click on big red Play button -> brings up what kind of game you want to play screen

2)Select Custom Tab -> leave selection on Normal -> click Create Game -> Takes you to Choose Your Map screen

3. Click on Summoner's Rift button -> Click Create Game ->

Now a popup window comes up

Loading....

and client is stuck. Not exactly frozen because after a couple seconds a Cancel button appears.

Clicking on the Cancel button allows you to proceed like normal

This happens every time I try to do it.
