For a few months now I have not been able to activate my Q for Ashe. I always have to play her while I can't slow anyone. I believe it to be a bug on my account. Every other character is fine with their moves, it is only Ashe that I have a problem with. Please help fix this so I can start playing her again.
Have you tried repairing/reinstalling? Abilities aren't tied to accounts, but your client might have some corrupted files that prevent game functions from working correctly. Standard patches might miss some files if your system security is too tight or non-critical files have been modified.
Make sure they didn't buff/nerf her. I would read the patch updates to verify.
I have this same problem but with Varus specifically; I noticed that it doesn't start to do it until I max the skill though. Are you having a similar problem?
