[Client] URF Declartion of a champion without a lock count as a dodge
Hello I found a little bug at URF XD, I have noticed that if you declare a champion before the banning phase and doesn't lock you get a dodge, However when you are choosing a champion after the ban phase and don't lock you won't get a dodge,
Steps to repredouce:
- Get into URF Game
- Declare a champion in the banning phase
- Ban a champion
- Wait for the timer to run out
Actual result: You get dodged Expected result: Your champion would be locked
