[MISCELLANEOUS] Multiple bugs

1 - Once you buy an item and undo/sell it, the green mark will continue to show as if the item is owned https://imgur.com/a/j0P4FIy

2 - There is a random spec bug, rare, don't know how to replicate, that will show 0 HP tower bars https://imgur.com/a/oGGWhbQ

3 - If a team that has an AFK player calls for a surrender vote and that same player manages to reconnect while the vote is active, it will bug and may even accept the surrender vote on its own.
