sometimes after using E=Jousting and an enemy uses 
or other form of getting far away super fast, the recast on E deons't work. it's also the same when i use I can't recast it, please riot fix this. the ability e says clearly that you can recast it within 3 second, and says nothing about how close you opponent has to be to recast
ned the kled1 votesits normal, you can't cast it far, you need to be like, eeeeeh, lets say 250 unit close, take it from a kled main, thats what you need.
