Skill Shot Bug

So far from what I've seen it's mundo cleavers in the rage born mundo skin, and jinx with her skin on that cause these strange invisible skill shots. I'm not sure what's going on but it makes counter play really difficult when all you see is mundo move his arm and get slowed out of thin air, and as for jinx you see the lineup but have no idea where the cork is or how long you have to dodge.
