Wukong or Tower bug?

Just got out of a game with wukong and found a pretty interesting bug that makes wukong really strong. I was diving a enemy blitzcrank that was giving me a "hard-time" and eventually killed him. The thing that confused me was the fact when the tower inevitably killed me, the kill went to the tower, which led to an execute, and not giving the kill the blitzcrank, who used all his abilities, ult and all, to kill me. The only thing that I could think of is wukongs w is bugged so when you get killed by the tower while your stealthed from your w, it could count as an execute. Otherwise, I really cant explain why it happened. Granted, it was just for fun and the kill wouldn't have made a difference, but its still an interesting bug that I thought should be addressed before it got abused in an instance where it did matter.
