Store Won't Load [CLIENT

I just started playing LoL recently and when I first started, the store worked perfectly fine. However, now the store either shows up as a black screen or a message saying Session Expired shows up. I've been running the client as an administrator so I switched to opening it regularly and the store worked. However, I couldn't log-in to chat except for in-game chat. So, I switched back to running it as an administrator. Now, I want to buy runes so I opened the client regularly, and the store won't load! Either way that I open the store now, it just shows a black screen or a Session Expired message. I have opened and closed the client several times and it still won't load. Please help!

I'm not sure if anyone can actually reproduce the issue or not because I'm assuming that most people's stores actually load.

This issue now occurs every single time that I open the client (several times a day).

PLEASE HELP

Update: Just opened the client today and it updated. Hope rises. Store doesn't load. Hope dies. TT_TT

Update: Store loaded today!!! :DD However, I tried to purchase some runes and then the store kind of froze. I clicked to load the store again and the message in the picture showed up. Reloaded the store several times and was finally able to purchase the runes. Thanks!!
