poppy short ult/ jhin bug

at game times 23:00 bot lane and 27:39 mid inhib

when fighting jhin i charged him then i short ulted him. on my screen he turned gold and looked like he stayed put for a sec. same thing in mid lane. i charged q ed then short ulted and he turned gold again. in the replay he didn't turn gold but stopped like he was stunned.
