[GAMEPLAY] Dr Mundo's Cleaver missing particle

During the match (link) about half-way in the game when Mundo used his Q the thrown cleaver became invisible, therefore very hard to dodge. This issue could be seen by all my teammates (not sure if their team also, didn't ask).

This was the first time I've seen such a thing, cannot provide any clear repro steps. Hope You Guys can find a way to fix this, good luck!
