I've played a few ranked games today, and myself and other random players from matchmaking as well as some friend have all been experiencing server issues, we know it is a server issue because its happening to a lot of people and we aren't on the same internet connection. In both games i experienced this I lost and lost LP which i think is hardly fair, if anyone else is having this issue help me out and lets get some rioters to see this.

This is happening to me right now. Had trouble connecting at the beginning of the match. Have disconnected 3 times now. Ping is constant 20ms and my bandwidth is operating at it's normal limits. I'm not reconnecting because I keep feeding kills and the enemy team is trolling me for having 'bad internet'. Toxic as always.
Edit: Thanks Riot for not only counting my game as a leave, but also as a loss because of an arbitrary rule you've made up that a loss forgiven can only be applied after the server issue has been 'officially' confirmed. Clearly I should've continued attempting to reconnect and prolong the game while your techies 'officially' discovered the problem. Logic.

I don't have a lag spike. I just got disconnected.
Same thing is happening to me too on my level 5 smurf account. Thank lord for me not playing on my real account because I would've gotten demooooted. :/ My ping would shot up to about 1560 and then it would say "Attempting to Reconnect" and then crash. It's really annoying. Ugh!
I kept getting the same spikes in ping and I attempted to reconnect about 15 times... 2-3 others in my game aswell... I'm on the east coast. W T F RIOT!?
Well I'm glad to know it isn't only me having this issue, i hope they give LP back from lost games during this time, or at least acknowledge that its happening. What really sucks cause the loses are entirely because of these disconnections. Lets hope that there is some resolve to this.
It told me it was reconnecting but I couldn't move yet I could see everyone move and the health bar above me drain.
I just lost a game from 2 disconnects. This is so lame.. How come riot doesnt care about us :(

Gotta second this, my connection keep crashing and being spotty, but not like irritatingly spotty, I mean you-are-out-of-the-game-for-ten-minutes-at-a-time kind of spotty. I just lost a match because I froze half way through a fight, and came back ten minutes later when my connection returned right as we were losing. It's been happening for a few days now, I gave it some time to see if it was just me, but it's happening to a lot of people and it only seems to happen when I play league.

I'm having the same issue, got disconnected twice so far from an ongoing game.
Same thing kept happening to me in which I would have a lag spike at 800 ms and then the "attempting to reconnect appeared". I exit the client and then relogged in and reconnect, a minute later it happens again. Fortunately I wasn't in ranked, I was playing normals gaining IP. Then I just played a game of one for all, same thing happened.
HEY RIOT I FINISHED A GAME LIKE 3 HOURS AGO AND I CLICKED SKIP END GAME STATS AND NOW IT IS TRYING TO RECONNECT ME TO A GAME THAT I ALREADY FUKIN WON....TRIED WAITING...NOTHING IS HAPPENING...I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU WOULD FIX MY SHIIT SO I CAN PLAY PLEASE....ONLY HAVE WEEKEND OFF LIKE MOST PEOPLE...

I've checked my internet connection several times. Even tried rebooting the router. Everything else online works perfectly fine - it's just this game that doesn't work and keeps saying there is a connection problem. Several other people kept being disconnected and then came back, so obviously it's just not me.
Me too. Thankfully, i wasn't playing ranked but it completely fucked with my games.
This happened to me today and i wish they would remove low priority where it is needed to be removed. because when your whole team keeps getting disconnected from games because of server issues its annoying. I just got a 20 minute low priority ban because of these server issues. So can we also ask if they can remove low priority where it needs to be removed. Also can they add a system to check if a player's internet is just really bad before they punish them, because i have friends who have bad internet and are getting punished for it. So please riot fix your system to tell the difference between "Lag" and Actually leaving the game.
ITS NOT JUST ME THANK GOD. Ive never had internet issues with league in my entire time playing this game and then all of a sudden my internet is dying 24/7, not only that but I wont be able to just normally use the internet for a while either.

The final one happen just as the nexus was going down in a TT bot game cause i just wanted some ip. Not only did i not get ip thanks to this i also go slapped with a leaver from it. Riot please look at your server something is wrong cause I never dc maybe have high ping but never dc. I just wanted enough ip for a champ that was all i wanted.
Cutty2099/18/2016, 4:38:03 PMIts not the losses that bothers me its the fact i got hit with LeaveBuster penalties for the connection issues i was having. I was hit with 1 set of 5 5 minute penalties and i believe a set of 5 10 min penalties 2 20 min 5 game Low Priority Queue penalties so thats roughly 200 minutes of penalties i received in last 2 days not to mention the disconnects while serving penalty 2-3 causing timer to restart not to mention i missed AFK check a couple times and had to redo 20 min penalty. Ive never rage quit or left a game (unless it was real emergency but thats extremely rare) yet here in the last 2 days ive been majorly punished and really i dont see Riot doing anything about it as i just completed my last 20 min penalty. I did create a support ticket so lets see if they do anything to compensate me for the lost IP as well as several hours of lost game time not to mention the frustration i went through lol. 
Update (Math wasnt right earlier but roughly 300 penalty minutes in 2 days! Id be a legend if it was Hockey!! LOL)
