Last night I was playing Aram and had two games where I used a reroll and someone else dodged. The reroll was not refunded either time. The first time I rerolled Evelynn and the second time I rerolled Singed. I was playing by myself so this is not a case of someone in my party dodging.
It looks like I'm back up to two rerolls. I have only played 2 games since the reroll and dodges took place. So it looks like either it is a visual bug, or reroll refunds just take significantly longer to be processed in the new client.
I can bump this. It's happened since Alpha client and I'm irritated at this point.
This is happening to me as well.
Same. I've only noticed it if I use both re-rolls at the same time though. Thats not to say it hasnt been happening with single re rolls as well, I just havent noticed.
