Smartcasting Range/Targeted indicator broke

Anytime you use a skill shot or targeted ability the visual indicator remains up after using the ability which makes it very annoying when trying to play. Please fix this, I am really surprised how long you guys are letting this go without a fix.

Im not, its takes the minimum a week to fix disabled champs. I give this at least another week before they even address it.

Bump, this is more game breaking and needs more attention than having to type your password twice.
