Summoner spell change in champion select

Hello!

I've been having a problem with summoner spells changing automatically every time I enter champ select. They always switch to cleanse + exhaust. This issue started happening when automatic smite spell change was implemented. It's not a big deal but it's a bit annoying to switch it back to whatever I was using the previous game.
