Snow Day Ziggs skin bug

I played two games yesterday while using the Snow Day Ziggs skin and I noticed about half way through the first game none of the models for his bombs where displaying properly for me. When I went into the second game. It started right away and I asked everyone in game if they could see me cast and they could not see them either.
