Game crashes as soon as i log in. what do i do?

Ive been playing leave for a long time and ive never had any problems but as soon as this new patch came in my laptop has been crashing as soon i as i log in. this forces me to resart my entire pc. i have already tried repairing the files and uninstalling ive also changed the compatibility modes and running it as administrator. Nothing works and and im kinda annoyed. is there a way to fix this?
