[CLIENT] [GAMEPLAY] Slight Game Freeze

So this ''bug'' has been happening for over 4 days? I can't quite remember... but i know this didn't happen before and started just recently ocurring for some unknown reason to me. When i start a league of legends game, after the loading screen loads all the players in at 100 %, a brief 5-7 seconds of freeze/delay happens and i can't see the champions load 1 by one and the sound of them all joining at once just busts in my ears.Keep in mind that this has happened to me every game i played and i've tried to fix it by disabling the game bar yet still did not fix the issue. I'm getting worried this could be an issue with my pc. Further help would be appreciated. Here's a sample of a recording of the ''bug''. I'd advise skipping a little bit because another player stayed at 0% for some minutes, just so i won't waste your time :).
