45% CDR Karthus & my ult goes on full Culldown? + Video

This is actually a legit bug, even when I play 60% Ult CDR Karthus. The ult tends to go on the full cooldown as if there was no CDR on the champion, what I think may be the cause is that if the ult is casted while in his passive then it doesn't account for the CDR you have, or if you start the cast but are then interrupted then it goes on full CD rather than a shortened one like pantheon's and cait's

Another bug, out of a thousand that League has to offer. Hope they address it Gross. Also, I play a fair bit of Karthus and this has happened to me as well a few games ago, didn't even think about it until now.

Wow i thought it was just me, i was doing some testing around with it as karthus jungle and karthus adc (dont ask) and i can confirm this happening.

I mean, I don't think that it woulda mattered in that circumstance because they were screwed anyways, but I can definitely see the problem. That's so fuckin weird.
