[GAMEPLAY] Cant see Objectives on my mini map

I cant see when red buff is up, dragons or baron in my mini map. same goes with jungle camps. If anything is up i wont know unless i have vision of it from a ward or teammates but even then it doesn't show on the mini map. I've tried client repair but im not sure what else to do beside an entire re download of the game.
