[GAMEPLAY] Conqueror doesn't proc on renekton W

On Renekton , if you don't AA before using w, conqueror damage won't be applied to your W even though w is considered an AA

I've tried this over in testing tool and this has happened each time on every skins, every situation.

This makes PTA a must have on renekton because conqueror is unusable/buggy.
