summoner name change BUGGED

I have more then enough Ip to change my name, the client shows that but when i click on change name for 13900 it bugs out and says i dont have enough. Ive restarted multiple times i now have 15k lp still wont let me.

BUMP! I have been having the same exact problem. It's super frustrating because for those that are trying with IP, they cannot have the luxury of getting a name they have been keeping their eye on for a while. However it is not the same for those with RP.

Same here i have been trying to change my name but with no success but it says that i don't have enough IP to change the name and i do not wish to purchase 1300 RP for a name change..
