[gameplay 6.6] warmong's armor doesn't work on soraka

Warmog's passive is NOT disabled on Soraka. You just have to have over 3k HP before it will work. On any champion. This is why building Warmog's first is a terrible idea.

Taking a look at your match history, I'm assuming you're talking about your 1/1/12 game. Even if you were at level 18 you would still only have ~2700 health with Warmog's. you need to be above 3000 in order to get its passive.
