store never loads up for me.. all i want is to buy my runes!! riot cmon.

everytime i click to load up the store it shows up as a loading client page. i wait.. i wait.. i wait.. nothing happens. i clicked the store multiple times to refresh it (not spamming, just repeatedly after a couple moments pass) and nothing happens..... sometimes ill get a little text that pops up saying to report this if it persistently happens and i have multiple times and still no response..... riot please look in to this as i cant buy runes, champions, skins,etc.
