How to get token with Ivern?

I had 0/0/9 and i got lvl 6 token and S- in next 20 matches i had better score and statistic and i got A+ I just dont understand how ti get token

Kda doesn't matter that much, kill participation cs and wards matter more. Also it's compared to other players who are that champ in the same role

Same day game after game First 0/0/9 less wards placed, less ward destroyed lower cs and that game was 1 minute shorter than second game Next game 1/0/10 wards placed, more wards destroyed took 3 dragons and baron and more cs more enemy jungle camps taken more buffs shared everything more... and i got A+ Ivern

Today i played Ivern on top i had 2/2/20+ Had about 130 cs and a lot of wards and got A-

I didn't see your 0/0/9 game in your match history, but 1/0/10 only had 39% kill participation.
