When will rengar get some love.

[Gameplay] Rengar - empowered E remains on cooldown. (not my video linked)

When Rengar is on 4 ferocity stacks and uses E, it remains on cooldown at 5 stacks. This does not occur very often, maybe only once per game and only happens on his E ability.

Rito pls. It has been 4 patches and this still isn't fixed. Between Rengar being nerfed to the ground, and him having one bug after another, This champion is useless.
