[GAMEPLAY] Sated Devourer Procing Item/Buff Effects on Self (Leona only?)

While playing Leona in a custom with a unviable build (Devourer, Phantom Dancer, IE, Ravenous Hydra, Statikk Shiv, and Essence Reaver xD), I noticed that when I would use my Q to attack jungle monsters and even towers, I would be afflicted with my own item/buff effects. (Ex. I have red buff and I would also be getting burned, or Phantom Dancer's Lament passive would activate on me.) Not sure if it's a Leona only thing, but I just seemed to catch it.
