Wheres my loot?

Why the hell is there no loot from a masterwork chest for me... i was waiting for the last key fragment it took me a month and i finally opened the freakin masterwork chest and i got fkin nothing... rly thx for that ... give me the damn loot or bring me my key back cause u guys didnt improve ur game at all your game is just falling down i swear.
