Galio passive not procing talisman

Messed with jungle galio in practice mode and relized his passive was not applying hunters talisman at all

Go into practice mode and just hit a camp with talisman. No proc. Also does not work in real games

Happens 100% of the time.

If this was bug fixed he would actually be able to be played jungle.
