[Gameplay] Health and mana potions do not activate

Health and mana pots suddenly stopped working in that clicking the item picture or using the hotkey does not activate either pot. All other items seem to work. I've moved the pots to different item slots, bound letter keys to the slots, reinstalled, tried different maps and champs, all to no avail.
